Stăuceni is a town within Chișinău municipality. The former commune was granted town status in 2024, and the village of Goianul Nou is also part of it. Stăuceni lies north of the capital, by the R6 highway to Orhei; Chișinău Arena stands on its southern outskirts. Trolleybuses and municipal buses run here from Chișinău.
