Cookies are small files that a site saves in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. On air.md we use them sparingly: only what is needed for the site to work, what you have asked for yourself and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
Who processes the data and what rights you have is explained in the Privacy policy.
1. Without your consent
Without consent we use only what is needed for the site to work or what you have asked for yourself:
- air:consent (browser storage) — keeps your choice about cookies and its date. Duration: 12 months, then we ask you again.
- air:favorites (browser storage) — the list of your favourite properties, after you click the heart. The list stays only in the browser, and the site does not receive it. Duration: until you delete it.
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare cookie) — may be set by the network that protects the site, to tell visitors apart from robots. Duration: 30 minutes.
The site’s own visit statistics do not use cookies and do not store the IP address.
Agency employees who log in to the site administration also receive authentication and language cookies. Visitors do not receive them.
2. Only with your consent
Analytics: Google Analytics
Google Analytics shows how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they read. We load it through Google Tag Manager, only after you have accepted “Analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Tag Manager is not loaded either.
- _ga and _ga_… — tell the visits of one browser apart from those of another. Duration: up to 2 years.
- Provider: Google. The data may reach Google’s servers, including in the USA.
Marketing
Tools that measure advertising, for example Google Ads or Meta, are not active now. Before we switch them on, we will add them to this list. They will work only with your consent to “Marketing”.
3. Content from other sites
- The Google map on the “Contacts” page loads after you click it — or at once, if you allowed “Marketing” in the cookie settings. Then Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- The Cloudflare Turnstile “not a robot” check in the request forms loads when you start filling in a form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details about your browser to tell a person from a program.
- The maib loan calculator on the page of a property for sale loads from creditemaibune.md after you click “Work out a maib loan” — or at once, if you allowed “Marketing” in the cookie settings. Then maib receives your IP address and sets its own cookies: for the calculator’s session and for protection against bots, for up to a year.
- The links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links. Nothing is loaded from these services until you click them.
4. How to change your choice
Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops and its cookies on air.md are deleted. You can also delete cookies and browser storage at any time in your browser settings.
