The residential complex at 28 Vasile Lupu Street is located at the intersection with N. Belinski Street, in the immediate vicinity of one of the cleanest and best-kept parks – "Valea Morilor".

Construction type: reinforced-concrete frame, with exterior and interior walls of red brick, beamless. Height: 3 levels of underground parking, 1 level of commercial space, 10-12 residential levels, ceiling height 3 m.

The facade of the entire complex has a thermal insulation system with 80-100 mm of mineral wool, finished with European plaster by Baumit and Caparol. The plinth and ground floor of each building will be finished with granite, giving a high-quality, durable finish.

The residential complex will be equipped with a comprehensive ventilation system, with stainless-steel flues installed on the roof of the building in line with European requirements. It will extract air from all rooms of the building, providing constant general ventilation with a stable flow of fresh air that, above all, does not depend on weather conditions.

Double-glazed windows with 6 chambers and 3 layers of glass, graphite-coloured on the outside and white on the inside of the apartments. The floors, 70 mm thick with a 50 mm levelling screed, are insulated against sound and heat with PVC granules and insulation film, allowing quiet and comfortable living.

The apartments will have individual heating: a class "A" boiler from a German or Italian manufacturer, a heat-carrier distribution system, sectional aluminium radiators and a towel dryer in the bathroom. Gas, water and electricity meters for each apartment. For a high level of security and comfortable living, the complex will be equipped with:

• a fire protection system meeting European standards (EN 54), installed throughout the complex, connecting the smoke, temperature and gas detectors to the alarm control panel also used against break-ins;
• a round-the-clock (24/24) security and video surveillance system, important for the safety of every resident.

All the staircases of the buildings have quiet, modern Kleemann lifts that go down to all levels, including the parking levels.

The territory of the residential complex will be landscaped with green recreation areas and a multi-purpose children's playground, and a modern fountain will be installed. The whole complex will be lit at night.
